Kristine Godsil, DPT – Orthopedic, Pediatric & Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Kristine Godsil, DPT, is a passionate and experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, and pelvic floor physical therapy. Since 2018, she has been helping individuals and families across Denver, Littleton, and Castle Rock move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence through compassionate, personalized care.
Kristine’s journey into physical therapy began early, as she worked through her own series of sports-related injuries starting at the age of 10. However, her true inspiration came from her cousin, who was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy at a young age. Watching his determination to stay mobile and surpass medical expectations deeply influenced her commitment to helping others live active, empowered lives—no matter the challenges they face.
Kristine is a proud graduate of Saint Louis University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University. Since then, she has completed advanced certifications to expand her treatment expertise, including:
Kinesiology Taping
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
Pelvic Floor Therapy Techniques
Trigger Point Dry Needling
Neuromodulation Techniques
Kristine believes in educating and equipping her patients with the tools they need to take ownership of their recovery. From pediatric motor delays to postpartum pelvic pain or chronic orthopedic conditions, she blends evidence-based practices with a supportive, empathetic approach that fosters trust and lasting results.
Originally from Nebraska, Kristine has called Colorado home since completing her graduate studies. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking and camping in the Rockies, practicing yoga, lifting weights, and expressing her creativity through art and attending live music events.
