Kristine Godsil
Co-Owner & Physical Therapist
Kristine Godsil, DPT, is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in general orthopedics, pediatrics, and pelvic health. Since 2018, she has been serving communities in Denver, Littleton, and Castle Rock.
Kristine's introduction to physical therapy began in her youth, navigating her own rehabilitation journey from sports injuries since the age of 10. However, her deepest motivation stems from her cousin who was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy at a young age. His resilience and determination to keep moving has fueled Kristine's passion for the profession. Witnessing her cousin defy expectations, surpassing medical prognoses to remain ambulatory into his thirties, has been a profound source of inspiration.
A graduate of Saint Louis and Rockhurst University, Kristine has pursued extensive post-graduate training, honing her expertise in various advanced certifications such as Kinesiology Taping, Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), Pelvic Floor Techniques, Dry Needling, & Neuromodulation.
Kristine derives immense satisfaction from giving back to her community, equipping her patients with invaluable tools and techniques to optimize their movement and enhance mobility. Originally from Nebraska, she has embraced Colorado as her home since completing her graduate studies. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kristine finds joy in outdoor activities such as hiking and camping, nurturing her body through yoga and strength training, and fostering her creative side through art and live music.
