Sara Kiyani
Physical Therapist
During Sara’s undergraduate years, she was a competitive collegiate triathlete and had the opportunity to compete at USA Triathlon’s Collegiate Nationals. Sara’s own experience with biking and running injuries gave her a deep appreciation for the impact physical therapy can have—not just on recovery, but on getting back to the things that make you feel like you again.
While in PT school, she discovered a significant gap in care for women’s health services. That realization sparked her passion for supporting women through all stages of life—from athletic performance to prenatal, postpartum, and beyond.
Sara’s treatment style is centered around a biopsychosocial approach, focusing on the whole person rather than a single area of pain or dysfunction. She sees the body as an interconnected system and strive to uncover the “why” behind each concern to create lasting change. Sara’s goal is to empower her patients to move confidently and maintain lifelong wellness.
